My FMCG client is looking for a Data Protection Compliance Officer to take ownership of privacy and compliance across the organisation. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll work closely with IT, Marketing, and senior stakeholders to drive best practice and embed a strong data protection culture.

Responsibilities- Lead on UK GDPR & PECR compliance
- Manage SARs, DPIAs, audits, and breach investigations
- Deliver training and guidance across the business
- Shape and improve policies, processes, and frameworks
- Work cross-functionally to embed data protection by design
- 5+ years in Data Protection / Privacy / InfoSec
- Relevant qualification (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) or equivalent
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with frameworks like ISO27001 / Cyber Essentials / PCI DSS
