Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Lead Infrastructure Specialist to take ownership of a large-scale enterprise telephony platform that underpins critical business operations and future transformation.
This is a senior technical leadership role where you'll set strategy, guide a team of specialists, and play a key part in shaping the future of voice solutions across a complex enterprise environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading a team of telephony specialists, providing technical direction, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement.
- Designing, developing, and integrating enterprise-grade voice solutions that are scalable, resilient, and secure.
- Driving automation and orchestration across voice network processes to improve efficiency and agility.
- Acting as a technical authority, ensuring solutions align with industry best practice and long-term strategy.
- Shaping the roadmap for enterprise telephony platforms while managing technical debt and production health.
- Preparing people, processes, and platforms for the future through DevOps, Agile practices, and technology modernisation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with large-scale telephony platforms and voice solutions, ideally with exposure to Avaya, Genesys, Verint, and RingCentral.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams, balancing service stability with transformation.
- Strong background in automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with knowledge of tools such as Python, Jenkins, Harness, Ansible, Terraform, Docker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience building roadmaps, addressing technical debt, and aligning team capabilities to future architecture.
- A proactive mindset for solving technical challenges and proving innovative solutions at enterprise scale.
