Head Resourcing is pleased to be working with a Scottish based organisation specialising in providing services to several sectors including Life Sciences, Renewables, Oil and Gas, Nuclear, and IT to name a few. Our client is looking to hire a talented IT Team Lead to join their Infrastructure team as they look to increase the team's capacity as the organisation continues to grow.
The successful individual will take on a brand-new role within our client's IT structure and work closely with the IT manager on team training and coordination, as well as remaining fully hands-on with day-to-day support and project work. This role requires experience across a range of Microsoft tools and technologies and the willingness to get involved at all levels as required. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing team and well-established organisation.
Essential skills:
- Experience in a Team Lead capacity OR coaching and mentoring junior engineers as a Senior
- Proven experience in 3rd line infrastructure support
