The organisation is embarking on a major enterprise-wide transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Group Change Lead to help shape its future.

What We're Looking For
A proven Change leader with experience delivering large-scale technology, operating model and organisational transformations. You'll be commercially minded, skilled at stakeholder engagement, and passionate about helping people navigate change successfully.
