A new Senior Business Analyst contract has just arisen within a Glasgow based Public Sector Client that we've worked with for many years now. Supporting a Project looking at moving/replacing an existing online Portal/Payments System, the successful candidate is required to join an existing team, picking up core BA activity & outputs surrounding a complex project like this.
To be successful, our Client is seeking the following knowledge & experience:
- Extensive Senior Business Analyst knowledge with detailed experience in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, functional/non-functional specs, solutions design and defining new business processes.
- Strong & demonstrable knowledge on similar projects focussed on the migration/implementation/transformation of key Business Systems & Solutions.
- Knowledge of Online Portal & Payments systems would be highly advantageous.
- Previous knowledge & experience within the Scottish Public Sector.
- First class people & communication skills - working closely with business teams & key Stakeholders to gather & understand all requirements and manage all expectations.
- A positive, self-starter with deep BA craft and the ability to hit the ground running & embed quickly.
