Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineering Lead Analyst to support a peak delivery period for a global enterprise environment. This is a senior-level contract role focused on End User Computing (EUC) and cloud infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on Azure-hosted platforms and Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). You’ll act as a technical lead and specialist, driving the design, engineering, optimisation, and support of large-scale EUC solutions across both project and operational landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix DaaS solutions
- Engineer and support Windows 10/11 multi-session VDI environments
- Deliver robust solutions across identity integration, profile management (FSLogix), and EUC security
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving:
- Session performance & logon behaviour
- Citrix connectivity
- Infrastructure compatibility
- Produce and review technical designs, engineering documentation, and configuration standards
- Drive automation, tooling, and reusable components to improve performance and efficiency
- Act as a senior escalation point and collaborate with vendors such as Citrix and Microsoft
- Contribute to risk assessments, solution reviews, and full project lifecycle activities
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers

- Strong experience with enterprise-scale VDI environments
- Deep expertise in:
- Microsoft Windows, O365, GPO
- Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Desirable Certifications
- Citrix: CCP or CCE-V
