Head Resourcing is delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in their field who are looking to recruit a SAP Finance Specialist. The SAP Finance Specialist role is a critical business-facing position responsible for supporting and optimising SAP Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and related business processes, ensuring the smooth operation of key ERP functions and the successful completion of monthly financial activities.

You will act as the organisation’s SAP subject matter expert, troubleshooting complex system issues, analysing transaction and cost-related errors, providing user support and training, and driving continuous process improvements across multiple business functions.

Working closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams, you will identify requirements, implement system enhancements, and ensure the effective integration of SAP FI/CO/PS with manufacturing and supply chain modules. The role also supports strategic ERP projects, service delivery, governance, compliance, and operational excellence within a highly regulated environment.

Key Experience required:

  • Proven experience in developing & implementing the SAP R/3 ERP system.
  • Demonstrable experience with SAP ERP/MRP with emphasis on product cost management.
  • Functional expertise with SAP R/3 FI/CO/PS and integration experience with SAP PP/MM/SD modules.
