This is a rare opportunity to join a highly ambitious, entrepreneurial organisation at a pivotal stage of its data journey.

With continued growth across the UK, Europe and further international expansion on the horizon, you'll play a critical role in creating the data foundations that will support the business for years to come.

We're looking for an

Enterprise Data Architect who thrives in greenfield environments, enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, and can balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.

This is not a role for someone who simply documents architecture standards; it's for someone who wants to build them, embed them, and bring people on the journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the organisation continues to mature its data capabilities, you’ll define and drive the enterprise-wide data architecture strategy, creating a scalable blueprint for data across all systems, domains and markets.

You’ll establish a single source of truth, shape enterprise data standards, and ensure data is treated as a strategic asset across the business.

Working closely with senior leaders, architects, engineers and business stakeholders, you’ll:

  • Define and evolve enterprise-wide data architecture and data models.
  • Create clear data standards, governance frameworks and architectural guardrails.
  • Design scalable and future‑proof data flows across multiple systems and markets.
  • Influence business and technology decisions at a senior level.
  • Drive consistency, quality and trust in enterprise data.
  • Help establish the foundations for future growth and innovation.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

  • Greenfield Challenge
  • The enterprise data architecture capability is still in its early stages, giving you the opportunity to build something meaningful from the outset.
  • Entrepreneurial Culture
  • This is a business that values initiative, ownership and people who can spot opportunities, solve problems and make things happen.

Cultural fit is every bit as important as technical expertise.

  • Business Influence
  • You’ll work directly with senior leadership and be expected to shape conversations, not just participate in them.
  • International Scope
  • Your work will influence data strategy and architecture across multiple European markets and support future expansion.
  • What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely bring

  • Expertise in enterprise data modelling, integration patterns and end-to-end data flows.
  • Experience establishing data governance, standards and quality frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence rather than dictate.
  • A pragmatic, commercially minded approach to solving complex business challenges.
  • The confidence to operate with senior stakeholders while bringing others with you.

Why Apply?

If you’re excited by the idea of creating the blueprint for enterprise data, building lasting foundations, and joining an organisation where you can genuinely shape the future direction of data architecture, this is an opportunity that doesn’t come around often.

Build the foundations. Influence the strategy. Leave a lasting legacy.
