Head Resourcing are partnered with a growing ServiceNow partner who are looking to recruit an experienced Engagement Manager/Project Manager to take the lead on the delivery of IT and HR projects.

These are fully remote roles (must be UK based) offering up to £70,000 + bonus and other fantastic benefits. An openness to travel is key as there is an expectation to visit clients on occasion.

As an Engagement Manager/Project Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of the ServiceNow projects they deliver to their clients.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

Project Planning and Initiation:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Identify project stakeholders and gather requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Team Management:

Assign roles and responsibilities to team members.
Monitor team performance and provide necessary training.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

Lead project meetings and status calls.
Coordinate project activities and manage stakeholder expectations.
Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Risk, issues and change requests:

Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Document and manage change requests according to defined processes.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of project activities.
Implement corrective actions as needed.

Reporting and Documentation:

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
Document project outcomes and lessons learned.
Maintain project management software tools and ensure timely updates.

Stakeholder Management:

Manage stakeholder expectations and communication.
Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and buy-in.

Transition to Operations:

Oversee the transition of completed projects to operational teams.
Ensure smooth handover and support for ongoing maintenance.

Experience and Skills

5 – 7 years\’ experience in project management
Previous experience implementing ServiceNow
Desirable but not essential is project managing risk and / or HR projects.
