An award-winning digital workplace consultancy is looking for a Microsoft Technical Consultant to help design and deliver modern workplace solutions across Microsoft 365. This is a client-facing role combining hands-on technical delivery, troubleshooting and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and deploy Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
  • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
  • Support Modern Workplace project delivery and user adoption.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and document configurations.
  • Run workshops and collaborate with IT, HR, Comms and Security teams.
  • Support integrations with other SaaS platforms and review API/Graph capabilities.

Key Skills

  • Strong Microsoft 365 experience across core services.
  • Ability to design, configure and troubleshoot Modern Work solutions.
  • Understanding of Azure, Power Platform and integration patterns.
  • Comfortable analysing APIs/Graph endpoints.
  • Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

PowerShell or Power Automate experience.
