We're looking for an experienced

Business Systems Consultant to support and improve key business applications across Finance, Commercial, Construction, and Land functions.

This is a hands‑on role focused on system configuration, user support, change delivery, and continuous improvement.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders to deliver enhancements, manage releases, and support a wider business transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver system enhancements and configuration changes.
  • Manage requirements, user stories, testing, and releases.
  • Support business users and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Work with third‑party vendors to deliver fixes and improvements.
  • Drive process improvements and system adoption.
  • Contribute to a major business systems transformation programme.
  • Experience supporting business applications, ERP systems, or similar platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
  • Proven background delivering changes through system configuration.
  • Experience managing requirements, testing, and deployments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Housebuilding or construction sector experience.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Causeway, COINS, IFS, or Evision.
  • Experience supporting ERP or business transformation programmes.
