Project Manager - CRM Transformation & Data Migration 18-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid (Scotland) We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major CRM transformation programme for a values-driven organisation undergoing significant digital change. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a business-critical project that will consolidate multiple legacy systems into a single modern CRM platform. The Role You'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from discovery and vendor selection through to implementation, data migration, testing, and go-live. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help create a single source of truth that improves customer experience, operational efficiency, and reporting capability. Key Responsibilities Lead a large-scale CRM migration and transformation programme. Assess current systems and define the future-state solution. Manage CRM vendor selection and third-party suppliers. Oversee data migration, governance, and integration activities. Drive stakeholder engagement, project governance, risk management, and reporting. Support process redesign and customer journey improvements. About You You'll bring: Proven experience delivering CRM implementation or migration projects. Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms. Strong data migration and systems consolidation experience. Excellent stakeholder management and supplier engagement skills.
