Working closely with project teams, senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, you will ensure that change is effectively embedded and delivers lasting business value.
The Role As a Business Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering change strategies that support the successful adoption of transformational initiatives.
You will work across multiple projects, ensuring colleagues are engaged, prepared and equipped to embrace new ways of working.
