Head Resourcing is working with a world-renowned client to recruit a HR Systems Manager with specialism in Workday. This is a business-critical role as they look to ensure maximum value from Workday and the continued evolution of their Workday solution.

The role holder will be accountable for owning, optimising, and continuing to evolve the organisations HR digital landscape. To do so, you will lead the HR digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives while acting as Product Owner for Workday. You will be expected to drive continuous improvement across Workday, balancing long-term development with operational stability.
