Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite
Rate: Β£400 Outside IR35 - We are looking for an experienced
Business Process Analyst to drive operational improvements across a growing organisation.
You'll work with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics and Finance to analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and support successful change delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and analyse current and future-state business processes.
- Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks and automation opportunities.
- Design and implement process improvements.
- Manage and prioritise a backlog of change initiatives.
- Develop process documentation, procedures and training materials.
- Support change adoption and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Experience
- Strong background in Business Analysis and Process Improvement.
- Experience with process mapping, redesign and change management.
- Proven track record delivering measurable business value.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting digital transformation and business change.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable
- Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Lean Six Sigma experience.
- BPMN, Lean or Value Stream Mapping knowledge.
- Experience within warehousing, logistics or operational environments.
