Our financial services client in Chester is seeking 3 Proposition Development Managers. The team is responsible for crafting innovative credit card propositions that elevate customer experience, drive long-term retention, and fuel business growth. As a key member of the team, you'll spearhead the creation and evolution of groundbreaking credit card products, ensuring they remain competitive, customer-focused, and commercially impactful.
The positions will be for an initial 6 month contract and whilst ideally you would be onsite in Chester 1 day per week, this can be flexible to only occasional workshops. The contract is required to be facilitated via an umbrella company with a rate card of £500 - £600 per day (to umbrella).
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrable experience in credit card products, commercial strategy, or financial services products
- Track record of successfully designing, enhancing, and launching credit card/financial services propositions that improve customer outcomes and business performance
- Experience managing external partnerships and supporting cross-functional initiatives
- Understanding of P&L and Financial Metrics (bonus, not essential)
