Programme Planner with Monday.com experience needed urgently for our Consultancy client for an initial 6-month engagement. One of our Consultancy client's largest clients is embarking on a major transformation, transitioning their Tax services into a new managed service model. They are looking for a strong Programme Planner to play a critical role in shaping and delivering transition.

The role requires candidates to engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company. It's predominantly remote but will require the occasional day to be worked onsite in London.

The role requires extensive demonstrable experience as a Planner, with specific experience creating transition plans using Monday.com along with experience working on large, complex transition or transformation programmes with multiple workstreams and the ability to link dependencies together in plans. The successful candidate will take ownership of building and managing a highly detailed transition plan utilising Monday.com, ensuring all elements of the programme are structured, sequenced, and connected effectively.

Key Experience required:
  • Experience as a Programme Planner developing comprehensive transition plans using Monday.com.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Monday.com (building detailed plans from scratch).
  • Demonstrable background working on large, complex programmes with multiple workstreams.
  • Experience in dependency mapping, sequencing, and integrated planning.
  • Ability to work closely with Programme & Project Managers leading each workstream to ensure alignment.
  • Provide visibility, structure, and control across the programme lifecycle.
  • Previous experience in Tax, Finance, Regulatory or Compliance related Transformation or Transition programmes.
  • Strong communication skills.
