- We are seeking an experienced
Programme Communications Lead / Specialist to own and coordinate internal communications across a large-scale programme.
Acting as the key link between Internal Communications and programme leadership, you will ensure stakeholders receive clear, consistent and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the programme communications calendar.
- Develop and deliver communication plans, newsletters and key programme updates.
- Support leadership communications, town halls, briefing packs and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Draft presentations, communications content and executive updates.
- Maintain programme intranet pages and communication channels.
- Track and manage senior stakeholder engagement.
- Support programme governance reporting and maintain the programme roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Programme Communications, Internal Communications or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Experience creating engaging communications content and presentations.
