A busy Glasgow based Financial Services Client is currently seeking a contract Group Incident Manager to join their multi-disciplinary team. Helping to advance the Incident Management team/service, the successful candidate will be required to run major business incidents and restore services to customers and colleagues as soon as possible. It is expected to be based remotely (in the UK). The role has a banding of £450 - £550 per day to an FCSA Umbrella Company.

Key knowledge & experience required:

  • Previous experience working as a Major Incident Manager with deep & proven knowledge across the full Incident Management landscape
  • Experience of Partner engagement through incidents and/or Service Reviews
  • Previous Incident Management skills & experience within another large & established Financial Services organisation will be highly advantageous
  • Extensive experience in working with ServiceNow
  • Day to day monitoring of tools such as ServiceNow, Teams channels and Downdetector to enable early detection of incidents
  • Excellent (internal) Customer Service & Stakeholder Management experience with 1st class communication skills & the ability to work closely with users across all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent planning & prioritisation skills with 1st class problem solving skills
