About the Role

We're looking for a talented Motion Designer to join a fast-paced in-house creative studio. This is a hands-on opportunity to create high-impact creative assets across social, digital, email and performance marketing campaigns. You'll combine motion design, video editing and content creation expertise to deliver engaging, platform-native content that drives results. Working closely with copywriters, marketers and channel teams, you'll help bring creative ideas to life while producing high volumes of high-quality assets across multiple channels.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create engaging motion graphics and video content for platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Design and produce digital assets across paid social, display, email and web campaigns.
  • Adapt and scale creative assets across multiple formats, sizes and channels.
  • Support performance marketing initiatives by creating assets designed for testing and optimisation.
  • Use AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, production and asset versioning workflows.
  • Film and edit short-form video content for social and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and stakeholders to develop compelling creative concepts.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Support and mentor junior designers, helping elevate creative output across the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a strong commercial portfolio.
  • Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience using Figma within collaborative creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of social-first and performance marketing creative.
  • Experience creating assets in the correct formats, specifications and safe zones for digital channels.
  • Confidence behind the camera, with experience filming and editing social content.
  • An AI-native mindset with experience using generative AI tools throughout the creative process.
  • Excellent organisation, project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience producing high volumes of creative assets at scale.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and creative performance.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
