Creative Operations Manager to join a busy in-house creative studio.
You'll be responsible for managing workflow, resource allocation and project delivery while supporting a creative team working across high-volume campaigns and content production.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day studio operations and creative workflows. Own project planning, resource management and brief allocation through
Monday. com .
Build and improve processes, including AI-driven workflows and automation.
Manage stakeholder communications and project timelines.
Create project plans, schedules and Gantt charts.
Coordinate video and photography shoots, including locations, logistics and suppliers.
Oversee production paperwork, risk assessments and health & safety requirements.
Support and develop a collaborative, high-performing creative team.
What We're Looking For
Experience in Creative Operations, Studio Management or Production Management.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing creative workflows and production schedules.
Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation.
Experience planning and coordinating shoots.
Proficiency with
