We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant to join a growing consultancy team and take the technical lead on innovative Microsoft 365 projects across SharePoint Online, Copilot, Teams, and Microsoft Viva.
The Role
As a Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant, you will blend hands-on technical expertise with client-facing consultancy skills. You will lead delivery projects end-to-end, translating business needs into scalable, well-governed Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance communication, collaboration, and employee experience.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead Microsoft 365 delivery projects, focusing on SharePoint intranets, Copilot, Viva Engage, and Viva Connections.
- Translate business and engagement requirements into structured technical solutions.
- Configure and deploy environments, including tenant readiness, branding, governance, and security/permissions models.
- Collaborate with consultants and developers to shape custom intranets and Power Platform integrations.
- Support pre-sales activity through workshops, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Provide hypercare and adoption support to maximise long-term value.
- Stay ahead of Microsoft roadmap developments and advise clients on new capabilities.
What You Will Bring
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online, Teams, and governance/security principles.
- Knowledge of or interest in Viva Engage and Viva Connections (training and development supported).
- Ability to convert business needs into clear, actionable technical plans.
- Confident communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 2-5+ years' experience in a Microsoft 365 technical consultancy or similar environment.
- Nice to have: Power Automate, Power BI, SPFx, Microsoft Graph, or experience with adoption/change management.
