Overview
Delivery Project Manager (HCM Payroll Implementation) needed urgently for our blue-chip client based in Edinburgh. The right candidate must have extensive demonstrable experience delivering complex SaaS solutions, ideally including HCM system implementations or Payroll System implementations alongside experience in successful project planning, management and delivery within tight timelines.
We believe the role is Outside IR35 (though this is to be confirmed) and candidates will be required to work hybrid, onsite in Edinburgh 1-3 days per week, with occasional travel to other sites in the North of Scotland.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include developing & maintaining the implementation & project plan including milestones, risks, dependencies, tasks, owners & timelines, collaborating effectively with IT, business and 3rd party teams & stakeholders and coordinating to ensure successful delivery of a payroll system is completed on schedule.
Qualifications / Skills
- Strong, demonstrable Project Management experience
- Previous HCM / HR / Payroll System Implementation experience
- SaaS delivery / understanding
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to challenge stakeholders and lead delivery teams
- Experience creating, owning and delivering against project plans with tight timescales
- Vendor & 3rd party management experience
- HCM (Workday, Dayforce, ADP, SuccessFactors, UKG Pro etc.) experience is highly desirable.
