Overview

Change Manager (AI / Automation projects) needed for our Consultancy client to work on an AI / Automation Project with their legal client.

The right candidate must have demonstrable experience as a Change Manager and will ideally have both experience delivering change within Legal environments and exposure to AI / Automation projects. The role is Outside IR35, will require 2-days per week onsite in London or Manchester and will last for an initial 3-months.

Responsibilities

The business requires a skilled change manager experienced in several change methodologies and readiness practices to support changes needed on the implementation and successful adoption of an AI Legal Software Solution.

  • Prior experience as a Change Manager within complex, corporate environments, specifically Legal environments
  • Strong storytelling skills combined with excellent Stakeholder Management capabilities
  • Ability to simplify messaging for specific audiences
  • A flexible approach to Change Management with the ability to cater to various stakeholder groups where there may be time constraints or end-users who are very time-poor
  • AI / Automation project experience or knowledge would be highly preferred
