We are looking for an Agile Coach to support our client on a continuous journey towards better ways of working, focused on delivering better value to customers and shareholders. This role is critical to guiding and building agile capabilities across their organization, ensuring teams can maximize the value delivered and transition smoothly to agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on coaching to teams and individuals, helping them to understand and excel in agile practices.
  • Facilitate the adoption of agile frameworks and methodologies across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and feedback loops.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to build agile capabilities.
  • Encourage the use of metrics and data-driven decision-making to optimize delivery.
  • Promote a customer-centric mindset within teams.
  • Assist with economic decision-making and facilitate capability and feature estimation.
  • Advocate for lean thinking and systems thinking in agile practices.
  • Support the transition from traditional project management to agile methodologies across the enterprise.
  • Foster Lean-Agile learning and provide necessary training to kick off and maintain the transformation.
  • Coach leadership to lead by example and connect them to the voices of employees and suppliers.
