Kbeverage Ltd is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Project Manager to lead new store openings, refurbishments, and operational projects across our licensed Starbucks estate. The role involves managing projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with Starbucks brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of store development and refurbishment projects.
- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk management processes.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, landlords, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with Starbucks standards, health & safety regulations, and local legislation.
- Track project performance and provide updates to senior leadership.
- Manage project budgets, procurement activities, and cost control.
- Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and oversee project handovers.
- Support operational improvement and business expansion initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Proven project management experience within retail, hospitality, food & beverage, or multi-site operations.
- Strong understanding of construction, fit-out, and store development processes.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware with strong budgeting and planning capability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification.
- Experience working with licensed or franchise retail brands.
- Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards.
