BVC Hospitality is building a new ice cream brand and seeks a Head of Gelato to create the product from nothing in London. You will own the production from ingredient selection to finished product, write master recipes, and set the standards that every shop will follow.
This founding role requires deep technical depth in ice cream, relentless attention to detail, and the ability to build the supply chain from the ground up with key partners.
