We are looking for a Group Marketing Executive to assist in driving marketing plans forward. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will work within the Marketing Team and focus predominantly on the digital side of the business, while supporting the wider team.

Typical duties include:

  • Website updates
  • Blog creation and publishing
  • Collateral development
  • Copy writing for campaigns
  • Supporting the Group Social Media Executive, Group Marketing Manager and Marketing Director as required
  • Assist in organising press trips and marketing led events across the portfolio
  • Assistance in monthly reports

We work off Monday.com to align plans and workload, with catch up calls twice a week to align as a team. There are also monthly agency meetings and quarterly face to face meetings. Alongside this, you get to visit the hotels, located in ten stunning locations across Scotland and the Lake District.

THE PERSON: A creative soul with a flair for design and creating wow experiences. Experience in a marketing and/or digital environment preferred. An understanding of SEO and web optimisation. Ability to work cross functionally and build relationships. A natural storyteller. An attention to detail. Creative soul with the ability to generate content ideas. Up to date with the latest industry trends and developments. Proactive in seeking out new content ideas. Driving license preferred. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Ability to work independently due to the remote nature of the role, while also working as part of a team.

THE LOCATION: You will be flexible home/remote-working – visiting hotels across the UK on a regular basis (travel expenses are covered). Our hotels are located across Scotland and in the Lake District.

Closing date: 12th June 2026. Interview dates: 15th June - 19th June 2026. There will be two rounds of interviews. If selected, the first interview will be with the Group Marketing Manager, and the second interview will be with the Marketing Director.
