We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Management Project Coordinator for 6 months to support the rollout of a unified European fleet management system across our UK operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming fleet operations, helping logistics teams adopt a powerful daily tool while enabling senior leadership to make smarter, data-driven decisions. You’ll contribute to improving efficiency, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic investment planning across multiple sites.
Your Mission at Elis
- Project Deployment & Coordination
- Support the rollout of a fleet management system across UK sites
- Coordinate site-by-site implementation activities and timelines
- Maintain and update the deployment roadmap, adapting to project needs
- Track milestones, risks, and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Process Improvement & Standardisation
- Assess current fleet practices and identify inefficiencies
- Help define and implement standardized operating procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve processes using the new system
- Stakeholder Engagement & Support
- Act as a key point of contact for sites during rollout
- Liaise with internal teams and external solution providers
- Support onboarding and training of logistics teams
- Provide ongoing functional support and resolve user issues
- Change Management & Adoption
- Support communication plans to drive engagement
- Monitor system adoption and user performance post-deployment
- Identify gaps in usage and help embed the system into daily operations
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Produce regular project updates (progress, risks, budget tracking)
- Analyse fleet performance, cost savings, and efficiency gains
- Support development of dashboards and KPIs for leadership reporting
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to ongoing logistics improvement initiatives
- Support benchmarking and sharing of best practices across sites
- Assist with documentation, audits, and compliance requirements
What will make you stand out?
- Degree (completed or in progress) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exposure to logistics, operations, or project environments (internship or academic)
- Experience working with data (Excel, dashboards, analytics tools)
- Familiarity with ERP systems or fleet/transport software is advantageous
- Experience in training, change management, or stakeholder coordination is a plus
Please note this is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
