We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Resourcing Advisor to join our HR team in our Basingstoke Head office. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment and onboarding service, with a strong focus on administration, accuracy, and compliance.
You will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless candidate journey—from attraction through to onboarding—while maintaining robust administrative processes and supporting effective hiring across the region.
Your Mission at Elis
- Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Stakeholder Management
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently and to business requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver a professional, timely, and effective recruitment service.
- Utilise and promote the effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring process adherence.
- Build and manage relationships with preferred recruitment agencies, ensuring performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive direct sourcing strategies to reduce recruitment costs and improve candidate quality.
- Onboarding & HR Administration
- Take ownership of all onboarding and recruitment administration, ensuring a smooth and compliant process for all new starters.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer documentation accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain and update all employee records on HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires are fully supported and effectively integrated into the business.
- Maintain accurate audit trails including Request to Recruit and Contract Requests.
- Data, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Produce and analyse recruitment data to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes are fully compliant with HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain job description libraries and recruitment documentation.
- Support employer branding initiatives, enhancing reputation across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.

- Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a service-driven organisation is advantageous.
- Educated to A-Level standard (preferred).
