Responsible for overseeing the operational performance of multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) outlets, ensuring strong sales, profitability, food safety, customer service, and consistent brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of assigned restaurants.
- Ensure high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC).
- Monitor sales, labour cost, food cost, waste, inventory and profitability.
- Support Restaurant Managers in achieving operational and financial targets.
- Conduct regular restaurant visits, audits and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP and health & safety requirements.
- Improve speed of service, customer satisfaction and overall guest experience.
- Coach, train and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams.
- Ensure effective staffing, scheduling, stock control and equipment maintenance.
- Implement promotions, new product launches and company operational initiatives.
- Identify underperforming restaurants and implement improvement action plans.

- Ability to analyse KPIs and develop effective action plans.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager or experienced Restaurant Manager preferred.
