Role Overview

In this hybrid role based at our head office in Diss, you will work onsite 2 days a week, supporting our product management team. Please note: the start date for this position will be 1st July 2026.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and Procurement: Assist with forecasting and placing purchase orders with MiPet suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Supplier Coordination: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure the best terms for CVS, buying groups, and Animed Direct.
  • Out of Stock Management: Collaborate on managing out-of-stock events to minimize disruption and ensure financial recovery.
  • Compliance and Innovation: Ensure all purchases align with legal requirements and internal policies, and contribute to the development of new packaging artworks consistent with branding guidelines.

  • Procurement Experience: A background in procurement is essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
