We are currently recruiting for a Multi Site Operations Manager who thinks beyond the classroom to provide operational leadership across our 5 new primary schools: Boddington CofE Academy, Chacombe CofE Academy, Culworth CofE Academy, Naseby CofE Academy and Wilbarston CofE Academy. Working closely with Headteachers and central teams, you will oversee the day-to-day operational management of our schools, ensuring high standards across facilities, health and safety, compliance, premises management, catering, cleaning, and administrative support services.

General Roles and Responsibilities: As a key member of our wider leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement, identifying efficiencies, managing projects, and ensuring that each school benefits from consistent, high-quality operational support.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has significant operational or facilities management experience, ideally within the education sector.
- Is confident leading across multiple sites and managing competing priorities.
- Has strong knowledge of health and safety, compliance, and premises management.
- Builds positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
