Head of AI is a fast-growing UK-based company providing A-Player Chief AI Officers to mid-size and large businesses (£10m+ revenue) on a fractional (part-time) basis. Year one growth has been strong. We have raised investment and are now building a small, high-calibre team to support the Founders and senior leadership as the business scales. We operate at pace, hold a very high bar, and work closely with CEOs, investors, and senior leaders. This is a hands-on role in a founder-led, high-growth business.
This is a full-time, fully remote role for a Senior Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder. You will act as a trusted extension of the Co-Founder — protecting time, maintaining momentum, and ensuring nothing important slips. You may also support a small number of senior Chief AI Officers where required. This is not a purely administrative role. You will be involved in operations, sales follow-up, light marketing support, and ad-hoc problem solving. Confidence on the phone and strong written communication skills are essential. You will be expected to work independently, think ahead, and take ownership.

- Calendar is tightly managed with well-prepared meetings and clear follow-ups

This Role Is Best Suited To Someone Who
- Enjoys figuring things out rather than waiting for detailed instructions

- Works well with minimal supervision
- Thrives in a fast-changing environment
- Is looking for a broad, impactful EA role rather than purely administrative work
