Overview
I have a Private GP Clinic in Glasgow City Centre looking for a Locum GP for Health Screening sessions.
2-3 days per week starting asap (They are flexible with which days you can offer but looking for minimum 2 days per week on an ongoing basis)
The clinic provides private healthcare to corporate clients, with staff from organisations such as Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan. The patient cohort is generally the \”working well\”.
They are a very friendly and supportive team. Appointment times vary from 15 minutes for a GP appointment to 90 minutes for an in-depth health screening.
In GP consultations and health screening appointments they carry out procedures such as taking bloods, vaccinations, smear tests, ECGs, prostate checks, breast exams, prescribing drugs, travel advice or ordering further on-site tests. Training can be given for any of these if needed.

Rate: ÂŁ100 per hour PAYE Umbrella rate
Responsibilities
- Carry out health screening sessions and GP consultations as part of a private clinic team.
- Perform procedures including blood tests, vaccinations, smear tests, ECGs, prostate checks, breast exams, and related on-site tests.
- Provide travel advice and, where needed, prescribe medications.
- Be open to training for any procedures required.
- Collaborate with a supportive team and utilise on-site referral options to specialists.

Hours are 8:30am–5:30pm. You get an hour for lunch (1–2pm) and half an hour admin both AM & PM.
You will need to be able to commute to Glasgow City Centre easily
