Key Requirements
- Registration as a Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with valid registration and a minimum of two years' post-graduate experience
- Proven experience in Scrub duties within an orthopaedic setting, including major procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team
- Good understanding of infection control and surgical protocols
- Flexible and adaptable to shift patterns, including potential weekend work
