Role Overview: Head Medical is delighted to have a block booking opportunity with an established client in the Central belt of Scotland. We are looking for experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioners to join our team. The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting waiting list patients with orthopaedic procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety in the operating theatre. You will play a crucial role in ensuring safe execution of surgical procedures and work as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field for orthopaedic surgeries.

Requirements:
- Current registration with UK Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) or Healthcare Professions Council (HCPC), with no restrictions on practice.
- A minimum of 18 months post graduate experience in orthopaedic scrub roles.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
