The company are in the process of adding to their senior team by bringing in an experienced and knowledgeable E-commerce Manager, this is a new position and requires an individual who has drive and ambition to succeed in this fast paced role.

This is an ideal role for someone who can grow and develop the existing online e-commerce strategy.

You'll be an experienced E-commerce Manager, strong communicator with experience working in a busy and thriving business.

The E-commerce Manager vacancy would ideally suit a candidate who has a minimum of three years’ experience within a comparable consumer products business,

  • E-commerce Manager Key Responsibilities
  • D2C Website
  • Own the D2C websites (Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce, or similar), including merchandising, product listings and site content
  • Own rebuild and rebranding of websites with external agencies
  • Drive conversion rate optimisation through testing, UX improvements and data analysis
  • Manage online trading, promotions and pricing strategy
  • Oversee the customer journey end to end, from acquisition to checkout to retention
  • Social Media
  • Develop and execute the organic and paid social strategy across relevant platforms
  • Grow audience, engagement and social-driven revenue
  • Manage content planning and briefing, working with in-house or external content creators
  • Email Marketing
  • Own the email marketing programme (Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar), including automated flows and campaigns
  • Build and manage segmentation, lifecycle marketing and CRM-led retention
  • Report on open rates, click-through and revenue attribution
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Track and report on key commercial KPIs (revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, ROAS, LTV)
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, platform dashboards) to inform decisions
  • Manage and optimise the digital marketing budget
