The company are in the process of adding to their Marketing team by bringing in an experienced and knowledgeable AI Content & Visual Marketing Executive, this is an additional position and requires an individual who has drive and ambition to succeed in this fast paced role.

Role Purpose

To create compelling visual and written marketing content that showcases our portfolio of consumer products across digital, print and retail channels. The role will use AI-powered creative tools alongside traditional photography, editing and copywriting techniques to produce high-quality product imagery, lifestyle visuals, marketing copy and campaign assets that strengthen our brands and drive sales. Working across our core brands, the role will ensure products are presented accurately, attractively and consistently across retailer websites, Amazon, social media, catalogues, packaging and trade marketing materials.

Responsibilities

  • AI Image Creation & Photography: Produce high-quality product imagery using AI image generation tools, create realistic "in situ" lifestyle imagery showing products in home and garden environments, develop "in use" imagery demonstrating correct product application and consumer benefits, generate seasonal campaign visuals for online and printed marketing, enhance existing photography using AI editing and image enhancement tools, maintain visual consistency across all brands, ensure AI-generated imagery accurately reflects product features, packaging and performance.
  • Product Content Development: Write engaging product descriptions for retail, e-commerce and marketplace listings, develop compelling feature and benefit copy tailored to different customer audiences, create product narratives that explain consumer problems and product solutions, produce supporting content including buying guides, how-to articles, FAQs, blog posts, social media captions, POS messaging, trade marketing literature.
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Produce campaign assets for Amazon, retailer websites, garden centre marketing, DIY retailers, social media, email campaigns, catalogues, printed leaflets, exhibition graphics, develop campaign concepts using AI-assisted creative tools, generate seasonal promotional content.
  • Brand Storytelling: Help develop engaging narratives around pest prevention, wildlife conservation, sustainable gardening, seasonal gardening advice, home improvement, consumer education, translate technical product information into engaging, easy-to-understand customer communications.
  • AI Creative Workflow: Use AI tools to improve both speed and quality across content creation, including image generation, image editing, background creation, lifestyle scene generation, copywriting, copy refinement, video creation, voice generation, translation, content adaptation for multiple retail channels, keep up to date with emerging AI platforms and identify opportunities to improve productivity and creative output.
  • Content Management: Maintain digital asset libraries, organise product photography, ensure consistent file naming and version control, manage AI prompts and reusable creative templates, support DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.

Skills & Experience

  • Essential: Excellent copywriting skills, strong visual design awareness, experience creating marketing content for consumer products, familiarity with AI creative platforms such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E or similar, understanding of digital marketing, experience using Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva, strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills.
  • Desirable: Experience in FMCG or consumer goods, knowledge of gardening or pest control markets, photography or photo editing experience, experience creating Amazon A+ content, basic video editing, understanding of SEO copywriting, experience using CMS or e-commerce platforms.

Personal Attributes: Curious about emerging AI technologies, highly creative with excellent visual judgement, commercially aware, able to work independently, comfortable managing multiple projects, detail-oriented, collaborative and proactive, passionate about producing high-quality marketing materials.

Key Performance Indicators: Volume of marketing assets produced, speed of campaign delivery, quality and consistency of visual content, retailer compliance for imagery and product content, improvement in e-commerce content quality, engagement metrics across digital channels, reduction in external creative agency costs, adoption of AI tools and workflow efficiencies, contribution to sales growth through improved product presentation.

This role is well suited to a modern, digitally minded marketer who combines creative flair with practical AI skills. Rather than specialising solely in graphic design or copywriting, the role focuses on orchestrating AI-powered content creation to produce a high volume of commercially effective assets while maintaining strong brand consistency across home pest control and garden wildlife care categories. This is an office based role working with an exceptional team of people. The opportunity comes with an extremely rewarding salary of circa 33K-35K per annum.
