Head Hunted Recruitment are working exclusively with an award winning business who are one of the largest in their sector and boasting a strong market presence. The company are in the process of hiring a Business Support Assistant to join their busy administration team. As a Business Support Assistant, you will be making a real contribution towards the smooth running of the business. This role would ideally suit a graduate trainee with excellent A levels (or similar). We’re looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Assistant to support day-to-day operations across multiple departments. This is a varied role offering exposure to different areas of the business, ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys multitasking and learning new skills.
Providing administrative and practical support across departments including finance, sales, marketing, product development and customer service.
Business Support Assistant Key Responsibilities- General Administration - Filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry, binding presentations and maintaining office records including CRM.
- Reception & Sales Support - Greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, taking messages, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Preparing outgoing mail and managing Royal Mail and courier collections.
- Office Organisation - Keeping communal areas tidy, restocking supplies, and assisting with basic office maintenance.
