About The Role
You will provide person‑centred support, therapy assistance, and companionship in the client’s own home and within the community. You will work alongside therapists (including occupational and physiotherapy therapists) to follow structured rehabilitation programmes. This is an exciting time to join, as the client is in the process of establishing himself in his new bungalow.

- Supporting rehabilitation programmes set by therapists
- Assisting with daily living and promoting independence
- Supporting community access and social activities
