Responsibilities

  • Taking full ownership of service delivery, quality and continuous improvement
  • Developing and embedding effective systems and processes
  • Supporting staff to deliver professional, flexible and personalised care
  • Working collaboratively with relevant governing bodies and partners
  • Contributing to service development and new business opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, or be willing to work towards it
  • Have experience supporting adults with a range of disabilities and support needs
  • Be confident leading teams and driving service quality
