Head First is recruiting female day and waking night Support Workers to assist a 62-year-old gentleman with an acquired brain injury, living independently in Hawkhurst.

You will provide essential support to meet his care needs and help with community access, with full training provided.

The role requires a driving licence with own vehicle for day shifts, a compassionate and reliable approach, and flexibility to cover a four-week rolling rota across day and night shifts, including weekends.
