Rate: £16.20 per hour (Bank Holidays paid at time and a half)

Head First is recruiting Female Waking Night Support Workers to join the support team of a 61 year old gentleman with an acquired brain injury, living independently in Hawkhurst. He has a warm sense of humour, values the relationships he builds with his team, and is committed to remaining active and independent.

You will provide essential overnight support, including assistance with BiPAP non-invasive ventilation, personal care before bed, and light domestic tasks in the early morning. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone’s life, with full training provided.

Pay Shifts

  • Shift Pattern: Waking nights, 21:30–07:30 (10-hour shifts)
  • Permanent Part-time – 7-night shifts every 4 weeks
  • Maternity cover Full-time - 13-night shifts every 4 weeks
  • Rate: £16.20 per hour
