About the Role
No two days are the same in this role. As a Case Management Assistant, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support to our Case Managers, clients, support workers, and wider team. From organising meetings and preparing professional documents to coordinating holidays, assisting with property adaptations, and responding to urgent care staffing requests, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of support.
