We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join the client's established care team and become a valued part of our supportive family environment. This is a unique opportunity to work one-to-one with a happy, sociable and fun-loving 7-year-old girl who loves being outdoors, singing, playing, learning new things and engaging with the world around her.
The role combines meaningful relationship-based support with complex clinical care, including tracheostomy management, PEG feeding, communication support and therapy programmes. Full specialist training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced support worker who wants to further develop their skills in complex paediatric care.
As part of a dedicated team, you will support her to participate fully in family life, education, therapy activities and community experiences whilst helping her develop communication, independence, confidence and mobility skills.
This role offers excellent rates of pay, permanent contracted hours, specialist clinical training, ongoing professional development and the opportunity to build a meaningful long-term relationship with a child and family who genuinely value the support they receive.
