Main Duties
- Coordinate finance team, covering the following areas:
- Weekly payroll timesheet collation and review
- Monthly payroll review and transaction posting
- Purchase ledger data entry, reconciliations
- Subcontract accounts data entry and reconciliations
- Bank postings and reconciliations
- Review supplier payments
- Review 12 week rolling cashflow forecast
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Maintain HP schedules
- Maintain Loan schedules
- Maintain Sales retentions list
- Prepare cost reports for Quantity Surveyors for use in Contract Cost review
- CIS submissions
- Sage to Construct Cloud data reconciliation
- P&L review
- Overheads reports
- Ensure integrity of Sage data
- Provide information to Directors on a timely basis with regards to spend reports and construction summaries
