This is a key appointment for the business and a genuine opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director as a trusted finance partner during an exciting phase of growth. The role will suit a hands-on qualified accountant who enjoys operating close to the detail while also contributing strategically to the wider direction of the business. You will take full ownership of the finance function, lead a small team and play a central role in supporting future growth plans.

The Role

  • Production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
  • Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
  • Leading and developing a small finance team
  • Maintaining strong financial controls and overseeing transactional finance
  • Providing commercial insight to support business decision-making
  • Driving improvements across systems, reporting and processes
  • Partnering with operational stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the wider group

About You

We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating within a fast-paced environment. You will ideally demonstrate:
