We are looking for an organised and hands-on Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our night shift operations team. This hybrid role combines physical warehouse and packaging duties with essential supply chain coordination, ensuring goods are accurately prepared, documented, and dispatched to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and transport operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Manage transport bookings, prepare delivery manifests, and complete relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and transport regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and update ERP systems and reporting tools (SAP S/4HANA).
- Use shipping software such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx, DHL, and Pitney Bowes for dispatch processing.
- Process and prepare international shipment paperwork.
- Read and follow work instructions accurately across all operations.
- Package products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Label, count, store, retrieve, and record all parts and assemblies.
- Pack and unpack cartons as required.
- Set up and operate packaging machinery and handle materials movement across departments.
- Occasionally lift up to 50lbs (approx. 23kg) without mechanical assistance.
- Operate a forklift on a limited basis if required.
Key Skills
- Logistics, warehouse, or supply chain coordination roles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
- Confident using shipping software and understanding of both digital and hard copy shipping documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently on night shifts, prioritising workload in a fast-paced environment.
