Property Administrator Lettings
Location: Pride Park, Derby
Salary: £27,500 £30,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time
Seeking an experienced property professional with at least 2 years lettings experience to join our busy, thriving team as a Property Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse residential portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Act as main point of contact for tenants, resolving queries promptly.
- Co-ordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors.
- Handle end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit claims, in line with regulations.
- Advise landlords on property upgrades and upkeep.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and tenancy regulations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
